Return Policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with safety seal intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you may contact us at info@gogoodandsimple.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions regarding where to ship your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all return shipping fees. Shipping fees incurred during original purchase are non-refundable.

On the rare occasion you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us a photo at contact@gogoodandsimple.com within 2-3 days of arrival. Upon confirmation, we will send you a replacement.
